Adjustable Clearance Anvils

The Adjustable Clearance Anvil allows press operators to adjust blade clearance on press with the turn of a single dial. Only RotoMetrics offers this unique feature which allows the operator to make unrestricted adjustments, versus incremental adjustments, to the depth of cut.

• Allows on-press adjustment while press is running or stopped

Adjustable clearance devices will not always compensate for die wear, especially when cutting films. Ongoing liner inspection is required, since cutting depth is placed in the operator's control. Because the Adjustable Clearance Anvil works with standard OEM support rolls, no change is required.
