Floating Blade Sheeters

RotoMetrics offers two types of Sheeters—Removable Blade and Floating Blade—each of which can be made with multiple, precision-milled slots at equal or special locations around the roll.

Floating Blade Sheeters

Blades on the RotoMetrics Floating Blade Sheeters are suspended above the bottom of the slot, and are held in place by friction. This design—the first of its kind in the industry—greatly improves the tool's performance, practically eliminating noise and vibration, making it adaptable for pressure-sensitive and metal-to-metal cutting applications.
